Represent Recruitment Ltd.
After graduating from Wimbledon School of Art and several years as a TV/Theatre Set Designer, Kate honed her design management skills working for a series of graphic design agencies. This led to a move client-side to become the Brand Manager for Liberty plc. This role capitalised on her passion for brilliant design; building one of Britain’s best-loved brands that holds creativity at its heart. It gave her the opportunity to commission great studios to produce beautiful graphic design – work that takes pride of place in her and their portfolios.

Since 2005, Kate has worked in partnership with Mike Radcliffe to create a unique offer at Represent. Above and beyond recruiting the best creatives in London, Represent has been a source of support to designers and studios alike.

In the past 5 years, Kate has built relationships with the very best designers working in London and reviewed hundreds of portfolios. She is keen to pass on her knowledge of what works and what communicates confidence in creative presentations and is excited to be hosting the new portfolio workshops at Represent.
