MIKE RADCLIFFE
After graduating from Hull in 1993, Mike worked for several leading design and print agencies, including Spin and Artomatic. His experience and knowledge of the industry led him to set up Represent in 2003. Now Managing Director, Mike also manages graphic design recruitment.

KATE HIND
A graduate of Wimbledon School of Art, Kate was a set designer for seven years before moving into design management, first on the agency side, and then the client side as Brand Manager for Liberty plc. Kate now manages our graphic design recruitment and runs the Represent Graduate Showcase.

Kate graduated in graphic design and Illustration before spending five years managing design and developing new business for up-and-coming corporate branding consultancies. Having made the step into recruitment nine years ago, Kate now heads our account management department.
